1. Do you offer a warranty on your products and services?
Yes. All premodded or refurbished consoles include a 90-day warranty. Send-in services come with a 60-day service warranty. Please see our [Warranty Policy] for full details.

2. What is your return and refund policy?
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days, subject to a 10% restocking fee. Services are non-refundable once started. See our [Return Policy] and [Refund Policy].

3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped or entered the service queue, we can cancel it and issue a refund (minus any shipping or diagnostic fees if your item was already sent in).

4. Do you accept international orders?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We plan to expand to Canada and Mexico soon, with plans for international after.

5. Do you offer free shipping?
We occasionally run free shipping promotions. Keep an eye on our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

6. How long does it take to receive a custom console?
Pre-modded consoles typically ship within 5–7 business days. Custom orders may take 1–3 weeks depending on workload and complexity.

7. What consoles do you work on?
We specialize in systems like the NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Sega Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast, PlayStation 1–2, and the original Xbox. We generally work on anything from the third to the seventh generation of consoles. Systems newer than that are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us with your request!

8. What mods and services do you offer?
We offer full system recaps, A/V upgrades like HDMI and RGB mods, ODE (Optical Drive Emulator) installations, region-free BIOS and modchip installs, and wireless controller support via BlueRetro — among other services. If you don’t see a specific service listed, reach out! We likely offer it and just haven’t added it to the site yet.

9. How do I send my console for service?
Once you purchase a send-in service, you'll receive shipping instructions. Pack your console securely and use tracked shipping.

10. What happens if my console is too dirty or damaged for service?
If your console has major corrosion, insect infestation, or biohazards, we’ll pause the service and contact you to discuss additional charges for thorough cleaning.

11. What happens if my console can't be repaired?
We’ll return it to you and issue a partial refund minus a diagnostic fee and shipping. If you’d like us to recycle the unit instead, let us know.

12. Can I request specific parts or mods for a custom build?
Absolutely. Contact us before ordering to discuss your preferences and we’ll confirm feasibility.

13. Do you provide tracking info once my order ships?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number via email when your item ships.

14. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Not currently, but reach out if you have a special request or collaboration idea.

15. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, and other methods listed at checkout.

16. Do you offer diagnostic services?
Yes. We charge a diagnostic fee that is waived if you approve the repair.

17. Are you affiliated with Nintendo, Sony, Sega, or Microsoft?
No. We are an independent business not affiliated with or endorsed by any console manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

18. Will my modded console still work with original game discs or cartridges?
Yes, unless noted otherwise. ODE mods replace the disc drive, but cartridge consoles typically retain original functionality.

19. Can I get a refund if a mod doesn’t work the way I expected?
If there’s a defect or installation issue, we’ll fix it under warranty. However, refunds for completed services are not offered unless we’re unable to resolve the issue.

20. I’m new to modding — where should I start?
We’re happy to guide you! Reach out with your console type and what you're looking to achieve, and we’ll recommend the best upgrade path.
