🔄 Return Policy
Effective Date: August 1, 2025

🛠️ Services (Repairs, Recaps, Mods)
No returns are accepted once service work has started.

If your console is deemed unrepairable or we’re unable to complete the service, you’ll receive a partial refund for the unused portion, minus a diagnostic fee.

If the issue is due to our installation or workmanship, we will cover return shipping for repair or replacement.

🎮 Products (Premodded Consoles, Accessories)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unopened, unused, and in original condition.

A 10% restocking fee will apply to non-defective returns (such as buyer’s remorse or wrong item ordered).

Products may include a tamper-evident seal. If the seal is broken or missing, we reserve the right to apply the restocking fee, even if the item appears unused.

Partial refunds may apply for items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components.

📦 Proper Packing for Returns
To help ensure your return arrives safely:

  • Use a sturdy box and adequate internal padding

  • Do not use envelopes or loose packing

  • Improperly packed items that are damaged in transit may be partially refunded or refused

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

🧾 Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or non-functional, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos and a description of the issue

  • We’ll assess the situation and determine the most appropriate resolution:
    ✅ Replacement
    ✅ Repair
    ✅ Refund

🚚 Shipping & Order Cancellations

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless a full refund is approved due to our error

  • If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, contact us immediately

  • If the item has not shipped, we’ll cancel and refund the order — excluding any return shipping if your item has already been sent to us

  • If the item has already shipped, you must complete a return after receiving the item

💳 Refund Timelines
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process and appear on your account.
