We stand behind the work we do and the consoles we sell. All of our products and services are covered by a limited warranty to give you peace of mind.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Premodded Consoles & Refurbished Systems

Each console we sell includes a 90-day warranty, starting from the day of delivery, covering:

  • Workmanship of installed mods and repairs

  • Functionality of internal components we serviced or replaced

  • Defects in parts we installed

Whatโ€™s Not Covered:

  • Physical damage, misuse, or improper handling

  • Damage caused by using incorrect power adapters or accessories

  • User-attempted repairs or modifications after purchase

  • Issues unrelated to services we provided

๐Ÿ”ง Send-In Services (Repairs, Recaps, Mods)

Send-in work is backed by a 60-day service warranty, beginning on the day your console is marked as delivered back to you, covering:

  • The specific repair/mod we performed

  • Functionality of parts we installed

  • Any issues resulting from our workmanship

If you experience problems related to the original service within this period, contact us right away. We'll inspect and resolve it โ€” free of charge.

๐Ÿ“ฎ How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at support@fluxcapgametech.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Include clear photos or a short video, if applicable.

  3. We'll determine if it qualifies under warranty and send you return instructions if needed.
