🧩 12. Custom Orders & Post-Purchase Modifications

Each custom console is built to order, fully tested, and verified to be in proper working condition before shipment. Due to the specialized nature of these builds:

  • Custom orders are final and non-refundable unless a verified defect or issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • If your console arrives damaged or non-functional, you must contact us immediately with clear photos and a full description of the issue.

  • Opening, modifying, or tampering with the console after receipt — including installing new hardware or firmware — will void all warranties and post-sale support.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by user error, self-repair attempts, or the use of third-party accessories or software.

We understand that accidents and issues can happen. For customers who damage or alter their systems post-purchase, we offer optional repair and rework services on a case-by-case basis:
