Got a problem with your console after service? We’re here to help.
We offer post-service support and out-of-warranty repair options to keep your retro hardware running for years to come.

🧾 Eligibility

Repairs are available for:

  • Consoles we’ve previously serviced (even if outside warranty)

  • Consoles purchased from us that are out of the original 90-day warranty

  • New customers (subject to issue type and parts availability)

🔁 How It Works

  1. Request an Estimate – Contact us with your console details and the issue.

  2. Ship Your Console – We’ll provide shipping instructions and a service intake form.

  3. Evaluation & Quote – After inspection, we’ll send a detailed repair quote.

  4. Service & Return – Once approved, we’ll complete the repair and ship it back.

⏱️ Turnaround time: 7–10 business days on average, depending on the issue and parts availability.

💵 Repair Costs

  • A diagnostic fee may apply if you decline service after inspection

  • Parts and labor are quoted upfront

  • Extra cleaning or restoration will be quoted separately if needed
