💸 Refund Policy

🛠️ Services (Repairs, Recaps, Mods)

  • No refunds once service work has started.

  • If we are unable to complete the service or your console is unrepairable, we will issue a partial refund for any unused portion, minus a diagnostic fee.

  • If the issue is caused by our installation or workmanship, we will cover return shipping for repairs or replacements.

🎮 Products (Premodded Consoles, Accessories)

  • Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a 10% restocking fee.

  • Restocking fees apply only to non-defective returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse, incorrect item ordered).

  • Products may include a tamper-evident seal. If the seal is broken or missing, we reserve the right to apply the 10% restocking fee.

  • Partial refunds may be issued for products that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

🧾 Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or non-functional, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.

  • We’ll assess the situation and determine whether a repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.

🚚 Shipping & Order Cancellation

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless a full refund is approved due to our error.

  • If you change your mind before shipping, contact us immediately.

    • If your item has not shipped, we’ll cancel and refund the order — excluding any return shipping costs if your item was already sent to us.

    • If the item has already shipped, your cancellation will be processed as a return after delivery.
