• Professional capacitor removal using soldering tweezers and/or hot air — no cutting or pulling that risks pad/traces damage
• Replacement across all major Dreamcast boards: Mainboard, Power Supply, GD-ROM, and Controller Board
• High-quality capacitors sourced exclusively from MOUSER ELECTRONICS
• Installed with precision using proper tools & ESD protection
• Verified with microscopic inspection, test boot, disc read test, and hours of stress testing
🧼 Cleanliness Policy
If your console shows up excessively dirty (e.g. insects, grime, rust, or major corrosion), we’ll pause service and contact you. Additional cleaning services may be required before proceeding.
Light dust? No problem.
But if your Dreamcast arrives with:
• Insect infestations
• Heavy grime, rust, or corrosion
• Spilled substances or "roach hotel" conditions
👉 We’ll pause work and reach out. Deep cleaning fees may apply before we can proceed.
🔒 Important Notes Before Sending Your Console
✅ We accept working and partially working consoles
⚠️ We do not currently accept consoles with severe board damage (contact us first)
📩 You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the console to our workshop
🚚 Return shipping is not included and will be charged at checkout
